The History of Aluminum Sand Casting in Dongrun
Aluminum sand casting is traditional casting process in China, it is major inventions of ancientChina, it is important as China's four great inventions. The sand cast process originated in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, about 1600 years ago.
Our aluminum foundry is set up in 1995 year. First, we only have green sand casting process, and then we built resin sand casting line in 2000 year. Now we have five production lines for large aluminum green sand casting jobs up to 500kg/piece and 30 platforms for smaller aluminum alloy castings. Meanwhile, we have one production line for resin sand casting. We are leading in China foundries inZhejiang province. There is green sand casting process for sand casting manufacturer, but we have two process.
The Introduction of Sand Casting
Sand casting is a kind of traditional mould casting process that uses the sand as the main molding materials. Generally we use the gravity casting, but if there are special requirements, we can also use the low pressure casting, centrifugal sand casting as long as suitable. The application of sand casting is very wide; no matter small pieces, large pieces, simple pieces, and complex parts, or single or large quantities, this mould casting process all can be used.

Preventive Maintenance For CNC Machining Center
People usually do some preventive maintenance for CNC machining center. Their purpose is to reduce the failure rate. The main working includes personnel arrangement, building regulations file and daily maintenance.
Arrange workers to each CNC machine. Some are responsible for operating, some are focused on technology or repair. All workers should improve their own technical level constantly.
Formulating operation rules according to the detail performance of each CNC machine and processing object. Build work and repair archives and mangers ought to check, review and improvement.
In fact, we should pay more attention to daily maintenance. At first, create daily maintenance plan to each CNC machine repair. That must includes lubrication of the transmission system, temperature control, the balance system, cooling system and so on.
Sometimes the CNC machine has been unused for a long time. Every motion segment of machine exist dust, and even has been rust. These all will have efffect on driving performance and precision of the machine tool. One CNC machine is composed by a lot of electronic components. On the contrary, Al-Cu alloy is far away from the eutectic composition. Its solidification temperature range is big. So it has bad casting properties.
